Sea Air Towers Hollywood Beach Vacation Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check
A deposit of $500.00 (U.S. Dollars) is required at time of reservation and the remaining balance 15 days prior to your arrival. Your security deposit of $500.00 (U.S. Dollars) will be returned to you in its entirety one week after your departure, provided nothing is missing, broken or irreparably damaged.
The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation and deposit will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your deposit cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a $100 Administrative Fee). The earlier you advise us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting. If you cancel within 30 days, you will get 50% of your deposit refunded.
There is a service fee of 8% and a cleaning fee of $75.00 that will be added to your stay.
