The building is located right on the beach, with a large pool and kiddy pool on a lovely beachfront courtyard set with lounge chairs surrounded by trees. Our building also has 24hour security, reserved parking, restaurant on the lobby, laundry room, weight room, game room with billiards and ping-pong, tennis and basketball courts, Bar-B-Que area, and friendly people in a ralaxed, family oriented atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful studio condo. The pics look very nice but in person you will get the full effect. The view at night is spectacular. Everything in the apartment was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed from soap and towels to beach chairs and even a cooler. It was definitely a home away from home.
The location makes everything very accessible. Whether you're looking for a great night out in the town or a cozy place to eat, its location is perfect. Old San Juan is only 10 minutes away. Ashford Avenue is full of restaurants and shops. The private parking space is very convenient as you can come and go as you please. The building staff is very helpful and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would not hesitate to rent this studio again. It is highly recommended.

Two friends and I stayed at this cozy studio apartment during the month of Sept. The pictures were impressive but not as breathe taking as it was in person! The studio is spacious and well kept. The view is awesome at night. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, indeed it was home away from home. We frequent the 7-11 located just across the street and the bank adjacent to it. For food shopping, the Pueblo was roughly two blocks from the apartment. Up the strip of Ashford Ave, there are numerous restaurants and boutiques. The location was amazing considering the beach and pool right at your doorstep. Everyone was helpful, there's even an office of tourism in the lobby! The owners were so welcoming, they were the best part of my vacation. If planning a trip to PR, I suggest renting this studio. Check out the gym, the mexican restaurant and the pool all available in the lobby. Don't have any clean clothes? Not to worry, washing machines are available in the lobby as well.

We stayed at the studio with our 10 year old daughter form 7/29/05 to 8/13/05. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and accomadated us well. It was like a home away from home. Everything you needed was there an more. It felt very personal with the special touches added. The view was spectacular during the day and night All the stores were within walking distance which we chose to do more to enjoy the beauty. The building personal were very courteous and helpful with directions. The pool was great. It was kept clean . We enjoyed the pool at all hours of the day and night as the water was warm. The studio location was within easy access to any major highway which made it really convenient to reach our destinations without getting lost. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning soon. We highly recommend this home away from home.
