The second bedroom has twin beds that can convert into a king size bed with a very nice converter kit. The Maalaea vacation rental has all tile floors and is considered to be an upper-end, high-quality property which should rent for more!!!!! We take great pride in keeping the Condo as nice as our own home. What makes the place so awesome is this area is not in a crowded tourist area with lots of traffic and thousands of tourists. It is a relaxing location that is greatly cherished by all that stay in the Maalaea area. You can also walk to five great places to eat. The waterfront which is next door is awesome, Buzz's Wharf also. Live local jazz also at the Maalaea Grill which has an awesome local jazz group playing several times each week. The Maalaea Harbor is right here along with miles of secluded beach which is rare find in such a popular place as Maui and all within walking distance from the Maalaea condo. This vacation condo will give you an awesome place to stay to enjoy your trip to paradise. Please note that we will let you (check out) late if you have a red eye or late flight home saving you the hassle of checking out early and carrying your luggage around all day in you car. So you can really enjoy your last day with allot less hassle. This is an extra day free of charge as normal checkout time is 11:00 AM at most Condo's and Hotels. This is also based on availability so make sure you book well in advance to take advantage of this. The Maalaea vacation rental’s central location saves you allot of travel time as traffic going to Kihei and beyond can be quite busy and bumper to bumper at times going to Lahaina, Kaanapali and beyond. $500.00 which is used toward total rental fee or one third on amounts over $1,500. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note (all fees) are included in the dailey rate for rentals 1 week or longer.



Vacation properties are often booked months in advance and the property will be held for your use during your trip.When the property is being held for you, obviously it cannot be rented to someone else. A $500.00 dollar minimum deposit or one third of the total rental fee is required upon booking or reserving the Condo.



$90.00 Cleaning charged for bookings under 1 week. Plus small fee that credit card company charges. Ask for discount on 2 week stays and longer.
