Haleakala,Turtles and you can look left down Sugar Beach from the Condo and see miles of Secluded Beach which is great for romantic walks, you can also see Kihei, Wailea, and Makena and to the right is the Maalaea Harbor. The second bedroom has twin beds that can convert into a king size bed with a very nice converter kit .The condo has all tile floors and is considered to be an upper-end, high-quality property which should rent for more!!!!!. We take great pride in keeping the Condo as nice as our own home. What makes the place so awesome is this area is not in a crowded tourist area with lots of traffic and thousands of tourists. It is a relaxing location that is greatly cherished by all that stay in the Maalaea area. You can also walk to five great places to eat. The Waterfront which is next door is awesome,Buzz's Wharf also. Live local jazz also at the Maalaea Grill which has an awesome local jazz group playing several times each week.The Maalaea Harbor is right here along with miles of secluded beach which is rare find in such a popular place as Maui and all within walking distance from the Condo.This Condo will give you an awesome place to stay to enjoy your trip to paradise. Please note that we will let you (check out) late if you have a red eye or late flight home saving you the hassle of checking out early and carrying your luggage around all day in you car. So you can really enjoy your last day with allot less hassle. This is an extra day free of charge as normal checkout time is 11:00 AM at most Condo's and Hotels. This is also based on availability so make sure you book well in advance to take advantage of this. The Condo's central location saves you allot of travel time as traffic going to Kihei and beyond can be quite busy and bumber to bumber at times going to Lahaina,Kaanapali and beyond. Every year we have people return again and again.

This is the perfect retreat if you like to get off the beaten tourist traffic route. We and our two grown children enjoyed watching the whales and sea turtles in the bay while sipping our morning coffee. The condo is very well appointed and has all the little amenities too-- spices in the kitchen and sand mats to take to the beach. The high speed internet access was a bonus to our keep-in-touch work driven family...but we also found plenty of time to relax and enjoy the beauty of this laid back paradise!
