Lake Tahoe Condo Vacation Rental - Kings Beach Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

50% of total stay, including tax and cleaning is due at booking confirmation, if check in date is more that 60 days away. Balance is due 60 days prior to check in date.
100% of total stay is due at booking if check in date is 60 days or sooner from confirmation date.
Security deposit will be used for damage, repairs, or losses, and any unused portion will be refunded upon inspection of the premises. Security deposits are authorized but not billed at booking confirmation, and will only be billed if damage, repairs, or losses occur.
Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check in date will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $100.00 service charge.
Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance of the scheduled stay will forfeit the entire deposit.
