The pristine mini-wall is 20 feet away; the Big Wall is a seven minute swim from shore - it doesn't get any better than this. A 2 minute walk to Dive-Tech Dive Shop...and a patio designed to hang dive gear. While you can do some boat diving, you'll no doubt want to do lots of shore diving from directly in front of the condo.
Great for divers and non-diving partners! Lounge in a chaise at the pool and kids can be in the pool right out your living room while you can be preparing a Pina Colada in the kitchen bar! And the world famous Turtle Farm is a short stroll away!
High-speed computer access lets you keep in touch with the office or family back home. Your children may find friends from many other countries in our complex! A small family complex with many families.

We are a licensed tourist accommodation which is inspected by the Department of Tourism and meets their rigorous requirements for cleanliness and quality. Reinspected after Hurricane Ivan!This is what our recent renters said about the arrangements: -- I think the best feature of the unit was the amount of space we had along with the pool right outside of the door. We used the pool every morning and usually later in the afternoon when we came back from the beach-- it was a great way to accommodate all of us when some wanted to get out of the sun and some didn't.
-- I'd just like to say that we had a wonderful time on the island. Not only did we enjoy excursions around Grand Cayman, but we most enjoyed the peace of the condo and pool. We met a lot of your neighbors in our 2 weeks there. The pool crowd was just us and a lovely British family with 2 teenage girls.
John and Pat - we had the BEST time!! We really enjoyed staying at your place, and many, many times we agreed that we couldn't have found a better location - it was nice and quiet, but with easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and all the activities we might want.
