The 1923 Arts and Craft Bungalow has been restored historically, with modern amenities such as central air and heat, new kitchen and new bathroom. The inside has crown molding, bead board ceilings, ceiling fans in all rooms, original oil stained hardwood floors and an antique claw foot bathtub with shower.
The wood furniture from Guatemala is called The Coronado, and the many beautiful palms give the cottage its name. Many of the decorations are from the owners' travels and gifts from friends from around the world.

Mary - I just loved the way you have decorated this cottage. The colors are so fresh, the kitchen SO NEW, and I soaked for hours in the clawfoot bathtub!!! I could not decide where to sit outside - the breezing front porch or the quiet shaded large back yard! And laying on a blanket - looking STRAIGHT UP - the Fireworks last 4th of July was great!
