This plantation style Kailua Beach House has three bedrooms upstairs with a full kitchen and spacious living areas. Large glass windows and 3 patio doors open onto a 1310 sq. ft. wrap around lanai. Downstairs there is one bedroom and 1 1/2 baths
Downstairs there is an additional bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, a 3/4 kitchen, and a large living/dining area that opens onto a beautifully landscaped lawn. All within a few steps of the ocean. The house is well divided to provide maximum privacy for each bedroom and each bedroom has beach/ocean views and sounds.
The house has an open and airy design that draws you into nature. Everything for a beach outing is provided from grass mats and towels, to an outside shower with hot and cold running water.
