Villas Gallardo is a delightful duplex villas within short walking distance to the beach in the unspoiled village of Bucerias, as well as a private pool, with children's water toys. Two bedrooms, all with overhead fans, overlook the pool and patio area.

The two bedrooms include one with queen bed and one with two singles.

The high ciling living, very nice dining room, and a kitchen area with a stove-storage island, wich give a rustic mexican accent with a beautiful tiles. -And a pool common area perfect for morning coffee and afternoon margaritas! Because of the ocean breeze there are no bugs! And depending on the season, mangoes, bananas, and avocados are in constant supply.

The locals are welcoming, warm, and friendly. There are many good shops and restaurants nearby, or if you feel the need of a more busy night life or varied shopping, it is only a short trip into Puerto Vallarta.

A cook is also available who will prepare delicious American & Mexican meals for small groups. There is an extra charge & she must be reserved in advance. It is certainly worth the minimal cost!

Deposits: A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of inquiry to continue reservation. Balance is payable 2 weeks before arrival. Damage deposit return will be two weeks after departure. Domestic expenses like cleaning, gas and electrical will be deducted from damage deposit if is not pay per day rate.

Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: All payments are non refundable unless the property can be rented for the exact dates cancelled, in which case a 15 % administrative fee over the payment will be withheld. Reservation revisions, no shows and early departures will be considered cancellations and are subject to these terms. However, a “rain check” may be negotiated.

Note: Be assured that you as our trusted client will have your deposit paid in full 14 days in advance. We understand however that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If this is the case a call to our office is imperative as well as 15 % charge previously stated an additional 10 % will be added for late fees. Regarding taxes return will be in 100 %, tax will not be included if is not pay 100 % of rate price describe per day, indicated in the price paragraph at this page.
