Paulina, your cook/maid/housekeeper will prepare your meals and pamper you with her irrepressible personality. We call her La Professora because she so enjoys teaching her guests Spanish and the local culture. The house has three bedrooms upstairs and a fourth with bath off the garage is suitable for children or flexible adults.

The Galleria on the top of the house is the center of daily life. The perfect place to start the day with breakfast served by Paulina and certainly the place to end the day watching the sunset and enjoying the island's special drinks. The beach is out of a picture book. It is a horseshoe shaped cove over a kilometer long. Beautiful sandy beach meets the gentle surf. Palm trees line the edges. It is a beehive of activity. People watching at its best.

Area: Playa Cofresi is about 4 miles from the city center of Puerto Plata. Access to the cove is limited and security is very good. We are about 13 miles from the PP airport and 1 hour from the Santiago airport. Pickup at both.


The 4th bedroom has just been remodeled and has A/C and it's own bath off the garage.

Deposits

50% deposit at time of reservation. Balance 30 days before departure.

Cancellation & Return Policy

The whole house is yours and off the market at time of reservation. Refunds based on either your ability or ours to replace your reservation with another.

Fees & Taxes

Over four people add $15/person/night 15 December - 31 August and $10/person/night 1 September - 14 December.
All rates plus $13% Dominican rental tax.
