We gladly accept money orders, cahier's checks, personal checks and traveler's checks. Credit card payments are also gladly accepted for a small fee (3% of total rental amount, for example on a $1000.00 rental, the credit card payment additional fee would be $30.00).

We prefer complete payments at time of booking. However, a deposit for at least one half of your stay is due upon booking with the balance to be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival. Should you be making a reservation less than 14 days in advance full payment is due upon booking and a credit card payment may be required.



In order to best serve all of our guests, we respectfully request that all cancellations are made at least 14 days in advance of first night of stay. As long as cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be returned less a $50.00 processing fee. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance, your original deposit will be forfeited, including the total due for your stay. Absolutely no refunds of any kind are given within 14 days of arrival and/or once your arrival date has passed and/or you have checked in to the property.



In order to keep our property meticulous for you as well as future guests, a $85.00 weekend cleaning and a $135.00 cleaning fee for a stay of a week or more is due upon booking in addition to your rental fee.
