This was perhaps the most amazing vacation spot in all of Mexico. Our hostess was incredible, the scenery was amazing, the room was beautiful, the silence at night was more than relaxing, and we felt that we had our own personal oasis in one of the most gorgeous towns around. We stayed at Casa Encantada with our two sons (17 & 12) along with onother couple and their son (11). A Fantastic time was had by all. Perfect distance to beach, food, market, bus routes, everything! Owner was extremely helpful with all our questions and staff was very patient with our rudimentry spanish. We are all checking schedules to see when we can all go back. LOVED IT!

Casa Encantada - Very nice location away from the bustle of Puerto Vallarta and the Condos of Nuevo Vallarta. Lots of animals nearby will wake you up in the morning, cock a doodle do, woof woof , bahhhh and bird calls... but you really need to get up in the morning to appreciate the fresh Pacific air and go for a walk to the market before the sun asserts itself. A block away from the beach, you can still hear the waves when the night quiets down. We were pleased with our stay at Casa Encantada as a base for exploration and relaxation.

We had a wonderful time in the Casa. Owner was very responsive and offered many suggestions on what to do in the area. We have small kids and they loved the pool and the lush garden. 1 1/2 block from beach. Agreed restaurants within walking distance. 8 or so blocks from the Bucerias Market/Shops.

Outstanding! We rented this casa in 2005...it is an ideal location to base all P.V. area activities from. Is close to the beach (a short 3 minute walk), easy access to everything! Bucerias is a fun place to stay....many excellent restuarants close by and the beaches are BETTER than those in P.V. with less crowds.
