Deposits
We require a $200 security deposit for each reservation less than 30 nights. This is refundable as long as nothing has been broken, missing, or soiled.
Cancellation
Full refund less $35.00 bookkeeping charge if you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival date, 30 days or less you will forfeit your deposit. Stays 30 nights or more cancellation is 90 days. We do not refund for shortened stays.
& Taxes
$65 reservation & linen fee, plus hotel tax of 14.5% on rental amount - no hotel tax on rentals 30 days or longer!
