50 STEPS TO BEACH 5 MIN. WALK TO DOWNTOWN 5TH ST. Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Visa, Master Card, Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order, Cash, Wire Transfers. Check-in 3:00 P.M. Check Out 12:00 Noon. A 3 night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy is two people per bedroom. For more than eight guests, prior approval required and additional charges apply.

50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance, plus $250.00 security deposit, due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

Full refund with more than 90 days. 50% refund with 60 days notice. No refund with less than 60 days unless we re-rent the house. If we re-rent the house, regardless of notification period a 100% refund is made. There are no refunds for Christmas or New Years weeks regardless of notice period

We just returned from a week at Casa Blanca with our kids & grandkids. The house was just perfect for the 10 of us. Being so close to the beach (we were the only ones there lots of the time), the private pool on the patio, the close walk to town and all the furnishings including beach toys, made it the perfect place for a family get together. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 3 couples and kids 7, 9, 14 and 18. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of spices and staples for cooking. Julian was available for emergencies and his wife (I think) did a fantastic job keeping the house clean. We all would recommend Casa Blanca highly.
