A 3 night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy is two people per bedroom. For more than eight guests, prior approval required and additional charges apply.

Full refund with more than 90 days. 50% refund with 60 days notice. No refund with less than 60 days unless we re-rent the house. If we re-rent the house, regardless of notification period a 100% refund is made. There are no refunds for Christmas or New Years weeks regardless of notice period
