The Main House is a (2) story 100+ year old, recently completely renovated “Conch” house. The house can comfortably accommodate a maximum of eight (8) guests - (1) queen bed, (1) full bed, (3) twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

The house has an open downstairs floor plan, and four (4) private bedrooms upstairs. There is a downstairs wraparound porch, and a complimenting upstairs wrap around balcony, both of which overlook the pool, sundeck and Thomas Street.

Kitchen:

The house has a full kitchen (all cooking and eating utensils), Samsung side-by-side refrigerator (icemaker and serve thru ice and water dispenser), GE microwave, Whirlpool dishwasher, Braun coffeemaker, Krupps toaster, Corian countertops, maple cabinets.

There is a full size washer, and a full size dryer located at the rear of the house; and a stainless steel propane barbecue located on the pool deck.

The house is completely furnished with linens, towels, central A/C - ( 2) 2.5 ton Tranes), (6) 52 Hunter ceiling fans, Comcast cable HDTV, (2) Sony 32 flat screen HDTVs, (1) Apex 36 TV, Sony DVD/CD player, Panasonic CD/AM/FM player, internet telephones, ADT Security System (24 hour central monitoring), and secured high speed wi-fi internet access.

Master Bedroom:

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a clothes a closet, a dresser, a 52 Hunter ceiling fan, and a 32 Sony flatscreen HDTV.

Second Bedroom:

The second bedroom has a full size bed, a clothes closet, a dresser, and a 52 Hunter ceiling fan.

Third Bedroom:

The third bedroom has a two (2) twin beds (trundle), a dresser, and a 52 Hunter ceiling fan.

Fourth Bedroom:

The fourth bedroom has a twin bed, a dresser, a 52 Hunter ceiling fan, and a 32 Sony flatscreen HDTV.

Common Elements:

The five (5) house compound is private and secure with a 30' x 10' pool including a 10’x 5’ Jacuzzi. In addition, there is a private 10' x 8' heated Jacuzzi. There are brick walkways, and a 40' x 10' sun deck, including a stainless steel propane barbecue, chaise lounges for sunbathing and relaxing; and tables and chairs for dining. Throughout the property there is secured wireless internet access, and CCTV security monitoring.

The landscaping is lush including various palms, Poinciana, Spanish limes, avocado, bananas, hibiscus, bougainvillea, haliconias, bromeliads, and orchids, brick walkways.

Location:

The gated compound is within easy walking or biking distance to everything in Old Town Key West, located at the corner of Thomas and Angela Streets - two (2) blocks from the center of Duval Street.
