... plum tree, and listen to Sweet Creek. The beach and boardwalk are about a mile up the road, but you come home to peace and quiet. Centrally located in Santa Cruz, close to town and UCSC, but it feels like you're in the country.
Incredible, park-like paradise brings you close to nature. Comfortable for a private get-away, or a group of up to 10.
Wi-fi, cable, phone, FAX, answering machine, children's furniture, toys, rhythm instruments, videos, books for all ages.
Hand-knotted Persian carpets, hardwood and terra cotta floors, comfy new furniture and antiques, original art. Small museum with rotating exhibits. THE BEDS are great: I just wish I could take this bed with me, said a departing guest of his $5000 mattress!.....Firm mattresses with memory foam tops.....5 Queens, two day beds, new port-a-crib-style play-yard, a toddler bed, and more. Three of the Q's are luxury futons, not cotton batting, but $1000 wrapped inner-coil mattresses.
Kitchen is small but fully supplied. LR/DR also smallish, but huge room downstairs can double as a social room and dining area.
This is a house that people feel good in. It has wonderful treasures, and fine details, but it's down to earth and comfy for a good visit.
