This is a FABULOUS condo! We have stayed here the last 2 years and have enjoyed the luxurious accommodations and the gorgeous beach.....Frank is very kind and accommodating as well. I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this very upscale penthouse condo. It looks even better in person than the photos on the site indicate with marble floors and a commanding view of the widest expanse of beach. A trolley will take you into town (Times Square) and back for 50 cents or less each way. Medical clinic across the road; some nice restaurants and small shopping center nearby as is a Publix grocery and drugstore. Great sunsets; wonderful beach for morning/evening walks. This condo is beautiful - you will be impressed. Great quality bedding; comfy beds; top notch appliances; screened in lanai from LR and each bedroom. Second LR up spiral stairs with huge roof top deck. Huge pool and hot tub at ground level - pool is ideal as it gets sun all day. Free coffee and newspapers in lobby. 4 big screen lcd tv's. (each LR and bedroom). 15 miles to Naples. Treat yourself to a luxurious condo - so much better than local hotels where an gulfside room is about the same price per night. This penthouse unit is about 1750 sq ft and worth nearly a million dollars. It's an ideal base for touring locally or just staying pool/beach side. The owner is very accomodating and helpful, and we had our security deposit back promptly. You will love this place!

The Penthouse is totally updated with a gourmet kitchen and posturepedic sleep systems. The open air feeling and views are inspiring. Enjoy this gem of a resort.

This penthouse is beautiful! I have personally been inside and think it is one of the nicest condos I have ever seen. Including the rooftop sundeck with endless views.
