A rental deposit of 25% of the rental fee is due within seven (7) days of your reservation. If the deposit is not received, the house will be available to others. The balance plus taxes must be paid 1 week before the arrival date. Those using MC or Visa will be confirmed with the credit card.
A Security Deposit of $100.00 is due with the final rental payment 1 week before arrival. This deposit will be refunded to you in less than a week if the house and contents are undamaged.
If you need to cancel for any reason, we will refund any amounts paid if we are able to re-rent the house the days you reserved.
* Weather in the mountains is unpredictable. There will be no refund due to weather or road conditions.
