Very private and secluded, yet convenient location with beautiful views from huge elevated decks that sit up in the tree line but also front the river. You can hike around the forests at the cabin area. We even have a small rock cave on the property, that is great to sit under or have a picnic. THIS IS THE ULTIMATE LOCATION!! This cabin also has BRAND NEW hardwood floors and BRAND NEW granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Less then 20 minutes to quaint downtown Boone. Boone has FANTASTIC RESTAURANTS (Mexican, Japaneese, Greek, Organic and good old country style restaurants, shops, a ten screen movie theatre and real supermarkets (don't have to shop at convenience stores). You can see waterfalls along the Blueridge Parkway less than 20 minutes away. Snow ski at three resorts within 30 minutes away. The amusement parks in blowing rock are only 15 minutes away. This is more convienant then staying inside Disney World but much much more peaceful and relaxing. Or just tube or fish right behind the cabin.

All furnishings and equipment are extremely clean and nice. Comfy recliner couches, high vaulted ceilings with oak hardwood floors and a log stove all add to the charm of this great cabin! The living area features satellite TV, a VCR/DVD player, videotapes, DVD's, books, and games for your enjoyment. A full kitchen with granite countertops is for your cooking pleasure.
Bedrooms have dressers/night stands. Huge windows all around brings the scenery inside with you!

Both the cabin and its setting is as nice as described. All the comforts of home but nestled in the woods overloooking the river and hills/pasture. I would recommend this property to friends looking for rental in the mountains. Close to Boone, Blowing Rock and all the local activities
