Cancellations made more that 60 days prior to the arrival date will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 to 60 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit ½ of the deposit. All cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit.
Early departures for any reason (including weather) are not entitled to any refund of rent or deposit.
