A 25%, non refundable deposit, is required upon booking and full payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. We recommend taking out Travel Insurance on all reservations and offer this through AIG Travel Guard.
Cancellations must be received 90 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund less a $50 processing charge. All other cancellations, non arrivals, late arrivals and early departures that result in a loss of revenue will be charged unless otherwise agreed. Please note that we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance.
