Cancellation & Return Policy

Down payment (30%) is not refundable in case of no show or cancellation.

Fees & Taxes

What is included : linen, towels, heating, electricity, water, necessary ingredients for breakfast (except bread), basic ingredients for cooking.
Special price on Xmas and New year. Ask for quote.

What is not included : final cleaning.
Either you do it yourself or we charge 40 euros if you want us to do the final cleaning.
