The vacation rental property includes a lighted 10-court tennis center, with pro shop and staff that can provide private or group lessons, just call the pro shop for reservations. Beach volleyball can be enjoyed as well as bike and rollerblade rentals in season. The recreation staff prepares daily activities from Memorial Day through Labor Day for children.

Hilton Head Island Vacation Rental Condo Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Payments by credit card, cashiers check, or money order are preferred.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
Weekly Rentals are $175.00. Partial weeks are $150.00 (longer terms are negotiated).
A rental agreement is sent out prior to rental with the cancellation policy, which is partially refundable if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 30 days you lose your security deposit. If payment is made and it is less then 30 days from arrival date you lose your rental fee(not deposit), however, we will try and rent the condo and if we do we will refund your rental fee less the cancellation fee.
For stays of less then a week the daily rate applies plus a $50.00 cleaning fee and 11% Tax. On weekly rentals all taxes and cleaning fees are included. All rentals incur a $25.00 administration fee.
