7 Televisions, 5 DVD, 2 VCR, unit in living room built in with put in movie and hit play... no confusion! HDTV flat screen with built in DVD in 2 bedrooms and LARGE one in living room.... all others are at least, 25 inch, Air Hockey, Fooseball, Dining room table for 10, Hot tub seats 6... Jets blow you away. Hammock in the shade for reading in quiet, Games closet for adults and children so always something to do.
Everyone always says the best place they ever stayed! Read the guest book when you get there! I have had many compliments from famous people and celebrities who have stayed there... and recently a playboy centerfold sorry guys... no picture!
Washer & Dryer are HIGH CAPACITY units
Bedding is as follows: Top floor: 2 couches available if needed, sleeps 2. Middle floor: master with KING/steam shower/jacuzzi tub. Daughters room with queen and her old, room with a double and tempurpedic mattress. other room has twin bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa can sleep 10 doors and privacy between all rooms. Lower level: mother in law has king bed small kitchenette and bathroom ....a futon couch as well, outer room has a queen sleeper sofa and a single futon that can be placed elsewhere as needed in the house. can sleep max 7 on lower level
South Lake Tahoe house is very comfortable as there is great separation and the top floor serves as a community floor and when people want privacy the bottom 2 floors are well designed to allow private time. Rental permit allows 17 .... if you count all the couches/beds/futons the number of places to sleep is 12.... but if couples double up on kings/queens then it sleeps 15 comfortably... 17 max

where I watched MTV summer beach being filmed from my deck. Also close to round hill beach my favorite... a mile away but park 3 feet from the sand there! and they have a great little restaurant... pool for the kids
and jet ski /boat rental... parasailing. I am 3 miles north of south shore casinos and less than 10 min to heavenly ski area. Of course I prefer the short drive to sierra at Tahoe! I have never had anyone regret a stay at this Lake Tahoe vacation home. It has serves as a venue for weddings and honeymoons... if you only have a party of 2... Ask for the honeymoon special!

You can send me a check and Ill send you the keys! (and a map how to get there!) Rates are subject to adjustment for holidays ...these are the base rates

If you want to use the 4 wheel drive Chevy Tahoe in the garage... ask, its $100 extra for the keys... and $30 to keep the tank full. I used to just ask people to fill it on leaving, but it just didnt work! ha ha

the best home and views I ever had! stayed here 2 years in a row for spring break skiing... never a hotel or condo again in tahoe! This is the place! my wife felt like a princess in the master! I am wanting to come in the summer for sure!

I just came across this listing and I have stayed there in the past - it is wonderful! The views are to die for and the master bedroom is one of the most romantic I have ever seen!
