Downstairs offers the perfect split plan with a bunk bed room and queen bed in mother in law suite with mini kitchen. Also games like foosball and air hockey for the younger guests. Firewood provided...HIGH SPEED internet (wireless!) Just bring your laptop! ....and DVD/Video library…all geared to give you the best experience and save money! ... I am 5 minutes to South Lake Tahoe casinos... 3 minutes to beach... 10 minutes to skiing... 20 minutes to incline village... 10 minutes to the world famous FLUME trail the super bowl of mountain biking!

View of zephyr cove beach… where I watched MTV summer beach being filmed from my deck. Also close to round hill beach my favorite... a mile away but park 3 feet from the sand there! and they have a great little restaurant... pool for the kids… and jet ski /boat rental... parasailing. I am 3 miles north of south shore casinos and less than 10 min to heavenly ski area. Of course I prefer the short drive to sierra at Tahoe! I have never had anyone regret a stay at this Lake Tahoe vacation home. It has serves as a venue for weddings and honeymoons... if you only have a party of 2... Ask for the honeymoon special!

Rates are subject to adjustment for holidays ...these are the base rates…just contact me for more details.

Deposits

I need payment up front if less than 30 days from rental. If more than 30 days 50% deposit is fine till 30 days to arrival when payment is due.

If you want to use the 4 wheel drive Chevy Tahoe in the garage... ask, it’s $100 extra for the keys... and $30 to keep the tank full. I used to just ask people to fill it on leaving, but it just didn’t work! ha ha

Cancellation & Return Policy

I will refund any deposit for the days that I can still rent it. That’s better than ANY other property private or management company. If the property is not rented you lose $300 for a rental 3 days or less, $500 for rentals 4 to 9 days, and $800 for rentals more than 10 days.

Fees & Taxes

Cleaning fee $200 for linens and cleanout (waived for rentals of 1 week or longer) Discounted if party of 4 or less.

Chevy Tahoe 4WD available to responsible adults for added fee.

the best home and views I ever had! stayed here 2 years in a row for spring break skiing... never a hotel or condo again in tahoe! This is the place! my wife felt like a princess in the master! I am wanting to come in the summer for sure!

I just came across this listing and I have stayed there in the past - it is wonderful! The views are to die for and the master bedroom is one of the most romantic I have ever seen! Great kitchen, great hot tub! Glad to know where to find it!
