The Westville Cottage/West End Luxury Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Bank Certified Checks or cash payments only
50% required with reservation, balance plus $650.00 security deposit (refundable) due one month prior to arrival. Note Security Deposit to be paid by bank certified check or Money Order
If you have to cancel your reservation due to an unforeseen circumstances, a written request must be made to the owner. If the owner is successful in renting the unit for the same period at the same rate or greater value, your deposit will be returned.
Pet Fee $100.00/pet (non-sheeding breeds only 25 Lbs or smaller)
Theme weeks (4th July, Bear Week, Carnival, Family etc.) $2000.00
