Spacious kitchen is fully applianced including garbage disposal, NEW toaster oven, NEW coffee maker, NEW cappuccino maker, and NEW major appliances. Full-size Lazy-Boy pull out bed; Lazy-Boy loveseat is two recliners. Enclosed side of the lanai is furnished with glass top table and chairs for four, electric grill, and towel rack for pool towels. Screened side of the lanai has additional four outside chairs. Local telephone service and cable TV are included, and the cell phone reception is great. There are plenty of brand new towels and sheets. Since this is our home as well it contains everything you could possibly need up to and including post-it notes!

Fabulous heated pool on-site, surrounded by always clean lounge chairs and tables; the Pool house has bathrooms to save you the trip back to your unit. A larger heated pool and large hot tub are available at the off-site clubhouse walking distance away on Seagull Street, which also includes a boat launch and large conference room at your disposal with a reservation. Picnic tables under large gazebos with outside BBQ grills are available at the constantly groomed private beach on the Gulf of Mexico a short drive away on Floramar Boulevard in New Port Richey.

Just one mile west to Route 19 is every type of service or shopping you could need in New Port Richey, including Gulf View Square Mall. Jet ski rentals, charter boats, sailboat rentals, community golf, and tons of restaurants are all within one mile. Disney World and other Orlando theme parks are about 90 minutes by car. Less than an hour south lies Tampa's historic Ybor City and several unique communities with historic restorations such as Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and St. Petersburg, as well as Tampa International Airport, The International Mall and Busch Gardens. Once you've paid your deposit we make the unit unavailable and refuse all offers. For that reason, if you have to cancel we will make the unit available again, however if we do NOT get another tenant because we've had the unit off the market we cannot refund your deposit.
