You will see our vacation rental condominium is professionally decorated with comfortable, luxurious decor and all the necessities for your vacation needs. The two-bedroom, two-bath condominium offers a master bedroom suite featuring a gulf view, king-size bed, large closet, and private bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a gulf view and private bathroom.

The kitchen provides you with all the necessities of home and the living room and dining area make your time in the condominium very comfortable and relaxing. The sofa opens up to a bed, to allow for accommodations for up to six people.

All rooms open onto an enormous, 30-foot balcony with spectacular views of the gulf, and at night, the Destin city lights. You will see this unit offers an unsurpassed panoramic view that is truly breathtaking.

Our unit is very spacious with 9' ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with GULF front views.

The Master Bedroom features beautiful furnishings, King size bed, TV/VCR, lighted walk-in closet, and a spacious master bathroom.
The Second bedroom showcases beautiful furnishings, a Queen size bed and a private bathroom.

LIVING ROOM
The LIVING/DINING room is brilliantly designed with upscale details.
Entertainment center with TV/VCR and stereo system with CD player.
Living room/dining room includes a mirrored wall that creates a stunning panoramic view of the GULF.
The living room sofa opens out into a queen-size bed to allow comfortable accommodations for 4 to 6.

Check-in is after 3pm & Check-out is 10am. We cannot request early check-ins or late check-outs. To confirm your reservation we require a 15% advance payment on a credit card.
The balance of the reservation is due on arrival. Changes to your reservation within 14 days of arrival or cancellation at any time will result in the loss of the entire advance payment. We offer a travel protection plan which may help you avoid losses due to cancelling or losing unused rent due to early departure for reasons covered by the plan. The cost is 6% of the reservation and is non-refundable.
Pets of any kind are not allowed.
We require 1 parent or legal guardian for every 2 people under 25.
RESERVATIONS BOOKED UNDER FALSE PRETENSES OR THOSE RESULTING IN DAMAGE
TO THE UNIT OR PROPERTY MAY BE SUBJECT TO EVICTION & LOSS OF PAYMENT.
