... and calm with gentle waves or sit and watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. If you have a boat you can moor it just off shore. Your front deck faces Ft Pickens Rd (2 lanes) and offers unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, just a short walk (approx 300 yds) away. There you will find a secluded beach great for walking, shelling, surfing, fishing, and more. Just up the road you will find a wealth of restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet ski and bike rentals and nightlife entertainment. Bike path runs along Ft Pickens Road from unit to the core area of Pensacola Beach. The only access at this time to Ft Pickens is by boat, bike or on foot. During the season, take the free trolley which stops directly in front of the complex every 1/2 hour. Your luxurious townhouse includes covered parking and two floors of spacious living. The first level has 1/2 bath, open fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with granite tops, dining room, and living area with a queen sleeper couch. Travelling up the spiral staircase you will find a large master bedroom with king size bed with separate bath and double windows with breath taking view of the sound. Master bedroom has beautiful cusom stained glass window with tropical fish which allows light to filter in from the skylight while affording privacy. The second bedroom is spacious with a private bath and view of the Gulf. Both bedrooms have large closets. A port-a-crib and extra rollaway bed are available. A skylight above the staircase illuminates both floors making this unit bright and open. Peak season rentats are Sat -Sat with check in at 3 PM and check out at 10AM unless authorized by owner.

Deposits


There is a refundable $500 deposit to reserve the unit today . This will be refunded with in 15 days of departure, providing there is no damage or theft to the unit. If deposit is not received prior to 15 days before reserved date we reserve the right to reassign unit. Method of payment preferred is either cashiers check or Credit card via pay pal. We ask for 50% of the total rent due be paid within 10 days of making reservation either by credit card or cashiers check. The remaining 50% is due 2-weeks prior to your check-in date

Cancellation


Half the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation 14 days prior to reservation date. If cacelationis made after that time full deposit is forfieted.

Fees & Taxes


PoliciesMinimum age requirement is 25 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation. No smoking allowed. No student groups allowed. Any reservations made under false pretense will result in forfeiture of security deposit and eviction. No buses or RVs allowed per covenants and restrictions. Owner reserves the right to charge additional rates for holidays and special events. Rental rate does not include 11.5%tax or cleaning fee of $75.
