Its just a ten minute walk to Rosarito Beach. Close enough to present a pretty view, but far enough away to be peaceful. Walk out of the building and down a private rock stairway to your private sandy beach (located in a secluded cove). On the other side of the building is a stone walkway down to a large tide pool area. Explore the caves, rocks, tide pools, and beach all right outside your door. There is also a cement pier for fishing, a large swimming pool overlooking the ocean, and a clubhouse area with sweeping ocean views. Situated atop the low cliffs just south of downtown Rosarito.
The condo overlooks the crashing waves below, the islands in the west, and the city lights to the north. Lie in bed and watch the waves crash below you (both in the master bedroom and the secondary bedroom). You will feel like you are on a ship! Floor to ceiling windows in every room, with un-obstructed panoramic ocean views. Private balcony off the living room and another off the master bedroom.
The building has a gated entry and a guard is on duty 24 hours per day. Only 17 miles to the U.S. Border 20 minutes via the toll road. Once you arrive, you wont want to leave. There is no medicine like a Mexican getaway. You might just come back again and again!

We had a wonderful time! The views are just awesome. You really can see dolphins surf and the kids enjoyed the tide pool. We have already booked time for September. We would highly recommend Corona Del Mar.

Thankyou for the use of your wonderful condo! I made the mistake of taking my camero convertible roads way to bad. I almost could not get into the condo due to the steep upgrade had to empty the car out! We made it though! The only comment I have is the directions we drove around lost for 3 hrs. There are many pemex gas stations, I even ended up in the oil refinery! When the emails printed the roads I could not read the names! It was a little scarry at first then when we found the place we loved it! I hope you told that "Linda", lady how wrong she was!!!! Thanks again Linda
