A $250.00 Reservation/Security Deposit is required on all reservations for 3 day and weekly rentals; a $500.00 deposit for monthly rentals. The deposit is refundable within 30 business days after departure.
Winter Rental: 180 Day notice is required for Winter Rentals or the deposit will be forfeited unless the Unit is re-rented for entire stay. A Cancellation Fee of $50.00 will be charged even if unit is re-rented for reservations with less than 90 days notice.
All other rentals will require 30 days notice or the deposit will be forfeited.
