Easy for children to go from the beach to the house. Many amenities, including a newly renovated kitchen, to make your stay comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. Each unit has a master bedroom and a second bedroom which sleeps three (bunk beds and a twin). There is also a sofa which can accomodate one person. Beach chairs are provided.

A nonrefundable deposit equal to one half of the rental fee is required upon booking. Full payment is required ten days prior to check in.

Cancellation
Upon cancellation the deposit is returned only if the house is rerented for the same rate. If it is rerented at a lower rate the difference in the rates is refunded.
