A booking/security deposit of 25% ($250 minimum) is required at the time of booking and is fully refundable upon check-out. Rental payment in full is due two weeks prior to occupancy.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the above 25% deposit is refundable yet subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule:

Up to 6 months prior to check-in date: no charge (entire deposit refunded) 6 to 3 months prior: 25% charge 3 to 1 months prior: 50% charge less than one month: 100% (entire deposit forfeited)

Cleaning Fee: $75 for one week or $100 up to one month; $150 for longer (all taxes included).
