St Simons Island Cottages - Check for our last minute specials!

Located just down the street from the Pier, this Classic 1940's Island Cottage Home is a perfect place to stay on St Simons Island. Our guests rave about this St Simons Island cottage, which is beautifully decorated and within walking distance to 'everything'! Walk to the Village or Pier, instead of having to park, for a drink in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. This is especially handy for big events where parking is at a premium, such as music at the lighthouse, festivals, art shows and the fireworks during the 4th of July!

This St. Simons Island Rental (2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom) home is located just 5 blocks from Mallory Park and the Village/Pier Area on St. Simons, which boasts wonderful Pubs, Restaurants, two Parks, Beach Access and a beautiful new Public Pool Complex, along with Tennis Courts and a great little Library overlooking the ocean! Free movies on Friday nights at the Casino Theatre and great concerts at the Lighthouse on Sunday evenings.

The Pool - It might be the only public pool located right on the water on this coast! It is located right next to the lighthouse and is absolutely beautiful (the pride of St Simons Island). The pool is being completely rebuilt this year and is scheduled to open in May. Swim lessons are offered in the summertime and lots of locals gather here. Parents can visit the library, the shops or just take a walk while the kids swim. Big kids can ride down by themselves to join their friends!

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St. Simons Island has to offer. FLETC folks are welcome and per diem rates are accepted.

Glassed-in back porch leads to a deck overlooking a large fenced-in back yard with brick patio. Complete with an outdoor shower, this cottage is the perfect place for entertaining. The large back yard, complete with swingset, teak furniture and a deck table and chairs with umbrella, allows the kids and dogs a good place to run while you grill locally caught fish on the large gas grill (gas included for up to week-long stays). All the neighbors are great and we take care to ensure that our guests feel at home and respect the folks that live here permanently.

Rates for holidays and other popular weeks and/or weekends are usually charged at summer rates. Please inquire for more details.

Such a great relaxing cottage to stay at on SSI. Very close to the Pier, shops, grocery store and restaurants. Probably the nicest place that allows dogs and still is a reasonable price PLUS a fenced back yard. Would definitely stay there again. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating with excellent communication every step of the way! A+
