AAA Approved. Sixteen ultra-clean motel rooms. FAMILIES: We have a room with three full-size beds, and another room with two queens and one single - perfect for traveling families.

Our rooms are ultra-clean and we have very competitive room rates - always one of the best AAA price in Cortez. All our rooms have mini fridges and free wireless high-speed internet access, plus free local phone service. Microwaves are in some rooms, plus a microwave in the lobby and one outdoors available to all rooms.

We also have a 3 BR/2 BA, 1500 sq ft guest house (vacation rental) we call the White Eagle Lodge, available for families and small groups at only $199/night for one or two nights, or $179/night for three to six nights. For a minimum of 7 nights the rate drops to $159 per night (all plus tax). Quiet and private, the Lodge has a complete kitchen area with stove, frig, dishwasher, and microwave, deck with gas grill and outdoor furniture, fireplace, pool table, 3 TV's including a 36 inch flat-screen Sony Trinitron TV with VCR/DVD player and 70-channel cable, washer/dryer, and beautiful views of Mesa Verde to the southeast and the majestic peaks of the La Plata Mountain range to the east. A beautiful natural area known as the Hawkins Preserve nearly adjoins the property and is great for sightseeing, hiking and mountain biking. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed inside this Cortez vacation rental. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged on the Lodge 30 days in advance of actual reservation date. (Note: Please add $5.00 to all room prices for the holiday weekends of Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.)

The Ute Mountain Casino is only 10 miles south. Airport shuttle services are also available.

Just a HUGE thank you! We had a long trip and many stays in places I was almost scared to shower. Your rooms are awesome and SO clean. I'm an office manager at Merry Maids and it felt wonderful to be able to completely relax for a night and bathe with no worries!
