This London apartment pictured is fantastically located, just steps from Kensington Palace, and with access to Knightsbridge, Sloane Square, Kensington High Street and Nothing Hill Gate. Tube: Kensington High Street and Gloucester Road (Circle and District lines). Due to the special care and nature of furnishings and fragile antiques, we welcome children over 10 yrs. of age. Large, elegant and beautifully proportioned mansion flat situated on the top floor (with lift) with light and sunny rooms. The drawing room boasts high ceilings, a large floor space and has a gas log fireplace. The vacation rental apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen that has all the amenities including a dish washer and leads onto a family sized breakfast room. Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, good storage space and ensuite marble bathroom which incorporates a power shower. There are two other double bedrooms (twin), one of which also has an ensuite marble bathroom. There is a third bathroom with power shower. Washing machine and tumble drier are located in their own laundry area. The decorations and furnishing are of the very highest quality and are in the English Manor style. The London rental apartment is beautifully appointed with many lovely antiques and paintings.

In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit ( 25% of rental), which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 8 weeks prior.



If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of each property. Reservation deposits are refunded less a handling fee of $250. Normally at least 8 weeks prior to arrival you must notify our office to cancel a booking. Follow up the cancellation request in writing. Where notification of less than 8 weeks is given the cancellation is refundable subject to the apartment being re-let.
