Once you book we can organize a car to collect you from the airport and have one of our representatives meet you at the Los Angeles vacation property to show you around. All our Los Angeles vacation properties are turn key which means they are fully-equipped with linens and towels and ready for your stay. Some come with maid service and some do not, but you can pay a small fee for service if you require it. All the Los Angeles vacation rentals have a telephone and many have Internet access.

The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. You will need to give notice anywhere from 48 hours to 6 weeks in advance in order to receive a refund. All fees and restrictions associated with the individual property will apply. There is a nonrefundable deposit which varies from property to property and will be anywhere from $200 to 45% of the total, depending on when you cancel.
