$500 fully refundable Security/damage deposit required at time of booking. Security deposits are refunded within 7 days of check-out date, pending there is no damage to the apartment upon full inspection.
No penalty for cancellations outside of 30 days. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are not permitted. Early departures will not be refunded. Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
5% GST applicable on all booking under 1 month. Bookings 1 month and over are GST exempt.
