Luxurious Ocean View Waikiki Condo Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Cash, money orders, cashier's checks, and wire transfers only.

Fully refundable security deposit = $400 Deposit of 50% will be due within 7 days to reserve booking. Balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $75 administration fee. If the cancellation is made between 30 – 44 days prior to the check-in date, and another renter is found to rent for the cancelled period, your money will be refunded minus an administration fee of 10% of the total booking. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the arrival date and another renter is not found for the cancelled period, only 50% of your investment will be refunded. We’re sorry but cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your investment. Your security deposit and departure cleaning fee will be refunded immediately.
Departure cleaning fee = $75Hawaii State Taxes = 11.95% are additional.
