2 weeks based on our ability to fulfill the rental. If we are able to find another renter, we will refund the entire amount. Otherwise, there will be no refund.

Rental fee includes valet parking for 1 vehicle and taxes. There will be a $45.00 clean up fee and a fee for payments with a credit card thru Paypal.

We had spent 5 nights in this beautifully equipped apartment that offers everything a holiday maker needs. It offers incredible view over the ocean and is close to all amenities. The swimming pool in the complex is a big plus. The owners are very helpful, friendly and even showed us round the Miami Beach downtown. We were absolutely delighted to have chosen the apartment for our short stay. We hope to get back soon. Strongly recommended to all those who seek comfort and relax.

My friends and I book this room back in January for the Memorial Day weekend. I must say the pictures don't lie. The ocean view from the room was gorgeous. The room itself was clean and neatly decorated. Relaxing by the pool is a must. The hotel staff and entire atmosphere is to die for. Make no mistake about it I will be spending many more vacations here. I also personally met the owners of this particular property and they were so kind and warm and full of information and things to do in this location. This is a place where you can get away for a romantic weekend or bring the kids to enjoy.
