Nautical Watch on Thomas Drive is a great family complex. The pool area is surrounded by an oasis of palm trees, grass, and flowers. The low-rise townhome style offers a more comfortable and friendly atmosphere than most high-rise complexes. Being a ground-floor unit right on the beach, you can park and walk right in, no waiting on elevators.

The condominium features porcelain tile floor, casual furniture, and is wonderfully decorated. The master bedroom has wicker furniture with a king-size bed and TV. The bathroom is located in the hallway next to the master bedroom as well as the washer/dryer closet.

The living area features a full mirrored wall, queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, and view of the beach from both the window and sliding glass door to the patio. The patio has a table and four chairs plus two other chairs for relaxing. The kitchen is full size and has all the comforts of home.

My wife and I also own a 1 bedroom 1 bath pool view unit at this same complex and it is also 1st floor. It basically has the same floor plan but being pool view you can exit the private patio to the pool and court yard area.
