Eliza's Place ...5 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom, Two livingrooms, air-conditioned florida room, Solar heated pool and wading pool. Open concept kitchen, (with island counter with 5 bar stools. Great for Weddings, family re-unions and large groups.
The first part of the house is a bungalow, three bedroom two bath with a Florida room. The Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and the 10 x 26 Florida room has one also. The Master bedroom has king bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is a queen and the third bedroom has a bunk with a double bottom with single top. The front part of the home will sleep up to 8 people. There is also a laundry/mud room which has an outside door.
The two story addition which is attached has a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and a large 1/2 bathroom. The upstairs 4th bedroom two double beds, has its own private balcony with small views of the water. 5th bedroom has a single bunk beds. Walkin shower, two sinks, bathroom.
The Solar Heated swimming pool which is new is 12 X 26 with waterfall wading pool. The front yard and backyard are professionally landscaped. There are two outdoor showers, patio furniture, charcoal barbecue and parking for four vehicles.
Pet friendly, pet fee depending on stay, size of pets, (owner does accept larger dogs, please ask) No Smoking
