The two story addition which is attached has a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and a large 1/2 bathroom. The upstairs 4th bedroom has its own private balcony with small views of the water. This bedroom has two double beds, with plenty of room for extra mattresses. 5th bedroom has a single bunk beds.
The swimming pool which is new is 12 X 26 with waterfall wading pool. The front yard and backyard are professionally landscaped. There are two outdoor showers, patio furniture, charcoal barbecue and parking for four vehicles.
Pet friendly, pet fee depending on stay, size of pets, (owner does accept larger dogs, please ask) No Smoking
