You'll feel like the "top dog" when you discover what a fine little mountain palace you've found in such a perfect spot: a quiet little woodsy hideaway, at the end of a dead-end street right next to what locals fondly call 'the sled park' and "the dog park", mountains everywhere, and yet it's right in the heart of Breckenridge, just four blocks from Main Street, and one and a half blocks from the free shuttle.

Our condominium association is small (12 units), with parking just outside your door and in view, and has a more residential feel than those in the more densely populated Condo Canyon (another locals nickname). In addition you can spread out on 3 floors (approximately 1,300 square feet)

The interior was sound-proofed and renovated this year, using today's beautiful materials-river rock fireplace, maple kitchen, granite counters, new appliances- and warm, inviting colors but without giving up its Out west/Mountainy feel.
