...You will love the beautifully mature landscaped private yard complete with an in-ground pool & spa. You will enjoy the outdoors with the covered patio including misters for those hot afternoons. The master bedroom upstairs also has a balcony with a view of the strip. There is a large kitchen complete with a built in gas stove, microwave & side by side refrigerator freezer. The kitchen also includes a blender, toaster, coffee maker, rotisserie, can opener, cookware and utensils. This spacious Las Vegas vacation house includes 2 family rooms, one upstairs with a wet bar. The other one downstairs with a wet bar which adjoins to the kitchen has surround sound. This room can easily seat 20 people for entertaining. Both family rooms include 32 inch televisions, DVD players and cable. All of the other rooms have TVs as well. There are 3 fireplaces. We are within 10 minutes away from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, 1/2 mile away from the golf course, 24 hour shopping and dining. You couldn't ask for more. This Las Vegas house is tastefully decorated and waiting just for you.

WOW I took a group of 10 people to Vegas and we had a blast. This home is awsome. The pool is great and the entire house is even better than the pics listed on the web. From the initial contact with the owner's agent, Ursula did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. She provided extra linens, and other amenities throughout the house. She gave a comprehensive walk-thru before we signed a contract, and re-showed the home when we offered the deposit. It's a wonderful home, more than large enough for the 10 or so guests in our party(including a 2 yr old). The pool and spa were wonderful even in the middle of December, and we would recommend the house to everyone interested.
