All of our Orlando vacation rentals are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, located in the prestigious WillowPointe section of Ventura, and are either ground or 2nd floor , units with screened-in Patios on the ground floor. Most ground floor units are also ceramic tile throughout. Some of our units include a sofa bed to accommodate 5-6 people, and we also have some units with a Queen bed in each bedroom--ideal for two couples. Only 1 or 2 of you? We also have a lovely 1-bedroom Orlando vacation rental condo at 15% discount from our 2-bedroom condos. We also have a lovely 3-bedroom Orlando home with garage on the Fairway.

Guests will enjoy this Orlando vacation rental and being able to prepare your own meals with full kitchens, kitchenware, and appliances, washer/dryers, linens, cable, high speed internet, unlimited calls to the US and Canada (when you bring your laptop), free parking, close to our Heated pool, and complete privacy with the feeling of being safe and secure with 24-hour gated security at all times.

We are ideally located only 10 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to Universal Studios, 25-30 minutes to Sea World and Disney, 45 minutes to Cocoa Beach, a 1 hour drive to Daytona Beach, and only 1- 1/2 hour drive to famous Busch Gardens in Tampa.

There is a $150.00 Security deposit needed to reserve a condo unit. This deposit is fully refundable, and will be credited to your credit card or check sent to you (if paid by check) within 15 days after your departure time.There is a $300.00 Security deposit on our 3-bedroom home.

Cancellation
Should you decide to cancel your reservation before full payment is made, the following charges will apply to your deposit:61 days or over before arrival----------------------------$ 50.0031 to 60 days before arrival------------------------------$100.001 to 30 days before arrival-------------------------------$150.00

Should you decide to cancel after payment has been made (which is due 30 days prior to arrival time), you shall be liable for that amount paid, unless we are able to find a suitable tenant for that period of time.As a courtesy, we will apply any charges made to your deposit, as a credit toward any future rental you do with us up to a one year maximum from the time rental was canceled.
