The Rome vacation rental is totally Air conditioned and has Self Controlled Heating, with a never ending supply of Hot Water, Satellite TV, Stereo, DVD, Computer, Broadband, Printer, Scanner. Heating and Hot Water system, TV, Stereo, Printer and Scanner, are also new as of March 5, 2008.
Esquilino, is on the eastern side of downtown, near the train station Termini. The neighborhood is changing, but very safe, very fun and is the best location to get around the city on foot. This is the only way to feel the real city...
The Coloseum is a 10 minute walk from the Rome vacation apartment. The train to the airport, or a train to take a day trip to Florence or Naples for example, is two blocks from the condo. There is a five star gym and a huge and elegant shopping mall, including a supermarket in the train station. A day at the swimming pool may be rented at a five star hotel at the corner. The absolute best food market that all the chef's frequent is also a block away.
The best of all though, is just sitting in outdoor cafe and people watching. La Dolce Vita.........
All prices quoted are the same if the Rome acoommocation is occupied by one person or four. If a fifth person wishes to join you, a roll away twin bed can be made available. An extra charge of 75,00 Euros per day is added to the daily rental rate.

The apartment was great - quiet, clean, well-equipped and just what was needed for our family. It certainly lived up to the website. The location was great, close to shops and food markets, and we were able to walk to lots of places of interest. Being close to Termini station was excellent for transport - buses, trains and underground.

We stayed here for a week.the apartment is very convenient to local and national bus and train station super apartment and very well equiped .very close is a fantastic meat fish and veg market also a selection of restaurents within walking distance

This is a gorgous apartment. The location is ideal. Just steps to the subway and other forms of transportation. Many stores are within walking distance. I would definately stay here again.

I am in the travel business and visit Italy many times a year. When I'm in Rome I always stay here. It's one of my favorite place s to stay!! It's very difficult to find a place that is so clean and confortable with all the highest quality amenities available. You get to experience Rome as the Romans do. You can shop at the best food market in Rome and have a great kitchen to be creative. It's walking ditance from the central train station so getting in and out of the city is a breeze THis is rare in Italy. It beats any Hotel. It's actually better than home!!

This is an amazing apartment...well decorated, comfortable, clean, great kitchen and amazing shower. It's well connected to public trasportation, or you can easily walk to many places, and it's in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rome!

I love this place! I've stayed here many times over the years and have always been pleased. The location can't be beat as it is central to all transportation and within walking distance to many parts of the old city. The main food market is one block away and the neighborhood is very quite and safe. The apartment has everything you'll need, including an outstanding kitchen and an american shower (rare in Italy!). Hope to return soon to what has always felt like my "second" home.
