The building was built in 1894. This Rome vacation condo has been completely RENOVATED and is Designer Furnished. Antiques, HUGE Windows from once upon a time, the original Wooden Shutters all add to the charm of a truly beautiful, quiet and comfortable apartment. There are Hardwood Floors throughout.

Amenities include a Extremely Large Chef's kitchen, Miele Dishwasher, Miele Washer and Dryer, Six Burner Stove, an Oversized Oven, Large Refridgerator, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Juicer, High End Dishes Pots and Pans, Dishes, Stemware, Linens.

A totally Air-Conditioned, with Great Heat, both Self Controlled condo with, a Flatscreen TV, Stereo, CD's,DVD, Films, Desktop Computer, DSL, Printer, Photo printer, Photocopy, Scanner. There is a library of travel books on Italy for your reference.

The neighborhood is called Esquilino which is on the eastern side of downtown near the intercontinental train station Termini. The neighborhood is very safe, fun and is the best location to get around the city on foot.The Coloseum is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The train to the airport, or a fast train to Florence or Naples for a day trip, is two blocks. There is a five star gym, an elegant shopping mall, a supermarket and cell phone store all located in the train station. A day at a swimming pool may be had by paying a fee at a five star hotel at the corner. The absolute best Roman farmer's market that all the chef's frequent is also a block away.

All prices are quoted in euros and all inclusive. This acommodation rents as a whole and the price remains the same if occupied by one person or four. If a fifth person wishes to join you, a roll away twin bed can be made available. An extra charge of 50,00 Euros per day is added to the daily rental rate.

A cook, chaffeur, daily maid service or babysitting are available at an additional cost.

The apartment may or may not be handicap accessible. The elevator is narrow and non obliging to a wheelchair.
