We accept MasterCard and Visa; personal checks accepted if arrival date is more than two weeks away. In booking property, half of the rent is charged upon reservation, balance of payment is charged automatically 20 days prior to arrival, payment for Christmas and New Year's holidays are due Nov. 1st.

Deposits

$300 refundable security deposit required.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival- 80% of deposit is refundable: WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HOLIDAYS. DEPOSIT DEEMED TO BE HALF OF THE RENTAL AMOUNT. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival- entire deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made on or after reservation date only the security deposit and tax will be returned. Holiday Cancellation Policy: XMAS and NEW YEAR'S cancellations made on or before December 1st- 80% of the deposit is refundable. DEPOSIT DEEMED TO BE HALF OF THE RENTAL AMOUNT. The entire deposit (1/2 the rental amount) will be forfeited if cancellation is made after December 1st. Cancellations made on or after arrival date- NO REFUND (security deposit and occupancy tax fee refunded ONLY. No refunds will be made due to weather conditions, health or family emergencies.
