After taking in the spectacular scenery over your morning coffee, do not forget to enjoy the many amenities and luxuries provided by this wonderful mountain escape. Mountain/Road biking, hiking, rafting, golfing, fishing, and camping (of course, skiing) are a just few of the activities you can enjoy by day before taking a swim and hot tub and strolling less than two blocks to the heart of Aspen for its many fine restaurants, bars, and other cultural events. After an evening at the symphony or opera, come home and relax in front of either of the two fireplaces for a nightcap.

50% of the total stay is required at time of booking. Final payment for reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival. For the Holiday season, final payment is due by October 1st.



Non Holiday; If the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival, deposit will be refunded less 10% of the total stay. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the entire stay is non-refundable, unless the unit is re-rented. Holiday Season; Cancellations before October 1st will be assessed 10% of the total stay. Cancellations after October 1st are non-refundable, unless unit is re-booked.



Rates do not include 9.6% lodging tax. (Stays longer than 30 days are exempt from lodging tax.) $150 cleaning fee.
