Oceanfront Suite Near South Beach Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Cash, US money Order, cashiers check or credt cards via paypal only. Paypal credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge. Rate is valid for up to 4 guests.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
$200 deposit due once rental agreement is signed and is applied to the balance. Full amount due 45 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made. Security deposit of $250.00 is due 10 days prior to arrival and is fully refundable upon departure with unit inspection. Rate is valid for up to 4 guests.
Based on the uniqueness of our rental unit for a full refund cancellation must be within 45 days. There after cancellation fees apply.
Valet parking for 1 car is included cleaning fee of $100.00 is due in addition to the rate. Daily or weekly cleaning is available for an additional fee. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
