A deposit of 25% is due when making your reservation. The balance of the rental amount, plus taxes, is due 30 days prior to occupancy for weekly rentals, and 90 days prior to occupancy for monthly rentals.

Minimum rentals are 7 days. Rentals booked for stays which occur within 30 days of the reservation date from September through January are discounted 20% and minimum rental days may be reduced to 3 days at the discretion of the owner.

Security DepositIn order to secure your reservation, a security deposit of $1000 USD is required. You can discuss the options available to you with our Property Management company when you make your reservation. Please ask about our Security Deposit Waiver program when you call.Your security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage to the rental unit after satisfactory inspection upon your departure. On the other hand, you are responsible for paying in full the cost of any damage or excessive cleaning charges. You will be notified in writing prior to any repair charges or excess cleaning fees being deducted from your security deposit or charged to your credit card.
Unfortunately, Pets are no longer allowed in the rental
Cancellations more than 90 days from arrival will receive 100% of their funds back less $100. Cancellations after the 90 days the property management company will attempt to re-book the unit and if successful will return the deposit. If the unit is not booked the deposit will be retained by the property management company.
