Allow us to show you a lovely luxury condo in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Look over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the terrace. Watch sunsets every night or take a few steps to the beach. Inside you will find luxury and comfort. Once you stay here you will return again and again.
This luxury condo was built in 2005 and contains 2 bedrooms plus an office that doubles as another bedroom. Two and one-half baths, sleeps 6. The La Casa Costiera condo community has only 12 total units. We are located on Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island and offer you this exclusive luxury Florida vacation condo rental by the week or month. We are right on the Gulf of Mexico on Florida's Gulf Coast. Anna Maria Island is accessible by bridge from Bradenton or Sarasota.
A deposit of 25% is due when making your reservation. The balance of the rental amount, plus taxes, is due 30 days prior to occupancy for weekly rentals, and 90 days prior to occupancy for monthly rentals.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted. We also accept personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks.

Mote Marine Aquarium is just a few miles south at the end of connected Longboat Key. Many charter fishing boats are available to test your skills. Located on Florida's West Coast, Seven-mile long Anna Maria Island is located just south of Tampa Bay and is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on its western shore and Sarasota Bay and Anna Maria Bay on its eastern shores. It is the northernmost of a string of barrier islands that extend in a southerly direction to the Florida Keys.
The island's three cities (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach) are easily accessed by three draw bridges, one for Longboat key to the south and two from the mainland.

The Waterfront, close to the Pier and much better, Sandbar – one small step better than the Pier, Beach Bistro – very good but pricey, Sign of the Mermaid – very, very good and reasonably priced, our top choice and it’s just up the street on the right.
