This tri- level home with patio's over looking the pool and the lake on each floor. A propane BBQ on the middle level outside the kitchen.

You will not want to leave this paradise. There is a lot to do here. Swim and play in private. The swimming pool has two sections for swimming and playing, with a diving board, 2 slides, water volley-ball and water basketball (pool area is not gated) for children.

The London Bridge is just minutes away, Laughlin is an hour away, Vegas is two hours, The Aquatic Center, Movies Havasu, plenty of restaurants and launch ramps within 10 minute drive. Lake Havasu and all the fun you can handle............... Off-roading to boating or just kick it........ its your VACATION !!!!
