Starting Rates:From $125/nt - $160/nt ˜ 2 nights minimum stay Deposits
Prepayment of 50% is due within 7 days after reservations are made. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. We accept Cash or Personal check or Travelers check or Money Order.

Cancellation
Deposits cheerfully refunded if notified within 30 days of your arrival date.Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years are one week minimums

A onetime cleaning fee of $110,00

Taxes - 7.0% to the State and 5.5% to the county - a Total of 12.50.%
